CITY OF ILWACO
AMENDMENT TO RFP—PERIODIC UPDATE TO GMA

The City of Ilwaco is seeking Statements of Qualifications from professionals with experience in periodic updates to the Growth Management Act requirements. The scope of work for the GMA periodic update is two-fold. The proposer will complete a written work plan summarizing the work required for updating the city comprehensive plan (which may also include addition of an economic development chapter), development regulations, and critical areas to meet current GMA requirements. The proposer will then submit a time line and budget proposal for the completion, submission, and approval of the update. Final approval of the update shall occur no later than June 30, 2020. Proposal packets are available at City Hall or by email request to treasurer@ilwaco-wa.gov. Interested firms should submit copies of their proposal packages to: City of Ilwaco, 120 First Ave N, Ilwaco WA 98624; or via U.S. Mail at PO Box 548, Ilwaco WA 98624 by 5:00 p.m., June 8, 2018.
