The City of Ilwaco has prepared draft code amendments to Chapter 15.18, Critical Areas, of the Ilwaco Municipal Code. The draft is available at https://www.ilwaco-wa.gov/2027-comprehensive-plan-periodic-update/  for public review and comment.

Public comments will be accepted until Friday, September 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST. Comments can be submitted via email to: [email protected]. 

Public comments will be published at the conclusion of the formal public comment period.
